How do I know if I can afford this?

As mentioned on the home page, we conduct a full analysis of your business and it's profit potential based on the strategies and my experience in working with other businesses like yours, prior to recommending a coaching program.

Only if we are both satisfied we can return at least twice the investment in coaching, will we proceed.

How much time will it require of me outside of the coaching sessions?

About 4 hours per week. However, the more time you are able to commit, the faster your business will move forward.

How long will I need my coach?

A typical mentoring program will run for 12 months – this is how long we have found on average it takes business owners to get on track to their goals. However, I have worked with businesses who have clear timelines e,g. 6 months where they may be preparing for sale or passing the running of the business to a manager. I also have clients for 3 years plus!

Does my coach need to have experience in my industry?

Typically the business owner has good knowledge of their industry and product or service, while the coach has great knowledge and experience in business. There are 8 business category types and every business or industry fits at least one – and I'm trained to know what works in whatever category your business falls into.

What if my team doesn’t respond?

We recommend conducting our "team alignment" session for businesses with a 3-person team or more. This is where we align the goals of the business with those of the team and make sure they are fully on-board.

Why wouldn’t I do this?

Maybe unsure if your business can generate the sort of $$$ to firstly cover the coaching program (established in our initial analysis) and serve the lifestyle you desire. I would then question if this business is the right vehicle to help meet your goals.
